LMO Builders is a residential construction and remodeling contractor serving homeowners across the Los Angeles area — Altadena and Pasadena in particular. The work centers on transforming or rebuilding homes: ground-up construction, full remodels and the structural jobs in between.

Vic runs a contractor-led team, which means the person pricing your project is the person managing it on site — from structural development through the final renovation stages, not handed off between offices.

What areas do you serve?

What kind of projects do you take on?
Residential construction and remodeling — ground-up home builds, full home remodels, structural renovations and residential upgrades. If it's a major change to a house, start by asking.
Do you handle remodels as well as new builds?
Both — that's the core of what we do. A full home remodel and a ground-up build get the same team and the same structural standard; the only difference is where the project starts.
Are you licensed and insured?
Every contractor taking residential jobs over $1,000 in California must be licensed by the Contractors State License Board. Ask us for our license number and certificate of insurance and we'll send both over before any work starts.
Do you give estimates before the work starts?
Yes. We'll walk the property with you, talk through what you're after, and put a written scope and price in front of you before anything begins.
